Retrolift

A calisthenics training log with a retro on-screen-display look. Build workouts from an exercise library of strength work, skills and stretches — pull-ups, levers, planche, L-sit, handstand, splits — each with its own drawn figure, then run the session and log every set and rep with a rest timer. Skills and strength moves carry progression levels from the Bodyweight Fitness progressions chart, so a pull-up can become a typewriter and then a one-arm negative, and the app remembers where you are on each ladder.

Add your own exercises with a name, a type and an optional photo. Stats and personal bests by kind, a calendar of what you did when, and the whole history to rewind through.

Start straight away as a guest, or sign in with Apple so your training syncs across your devices and survives a reinstall. You can link an Apple ID to a guest account later without losing anything.

No ads, no tracking. If it earns it, there is a tip jar in Settings; it unlocks nothing.
