Licence
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app.
Tips
The app is free to use in full. Settings offers a tip — a one-off in-app purchase that is a thank-you and nothing more: it unlocks no features, removes nothing, and is not a subscription. It is processed by Apple through the App Store; the price shown at the moment of purchase is the one that applies. Because it is a consumable purchase, it cannot be restored, and refunds are Apple's to grant through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your training data
Everything you log is yours. A guest account exists only on the device it was created on and is lost if the app is deleted before an Apple ID is linked to it; that is by design, and is explained in the app before you choose it. I make no promise about the accuracy of exercise progressions or the safety of any exercise: train within your ability.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from use of the app.
